DESCRIPTION:The San Joaquin Valley has some of the worst air quality in the United States. Making the switch to an electric vehicle reduces transportation emissions\, the largest source of air pollution in the San Joaquin Valley. It will also reduce greenhouse gas emissions related to climate change. In addition to the environmental benefits\, electric vehicles are less expensive to operate than gas-powered vehicles and offer the convenience of “filling up” at home and not requiring oil changes or other typical engine services. DESCRIPTION:EV Equity Program staff will be joining Binational of Central California on December 21st\, 2022 for a Toys for Tots distribution. The event starts at 11:00am and ends at 3:00pm. There will be vaccines\, covid tests\, raffles\, prizes and music! Join us and learn about resources available to you.
